Pitmaster Drake has spent years learning the techniques of the best pitmasters and trying to mimic their product. After a few years of trial, errors and lots of money spent on meat he nailed it. He started sharing his goods through community organizations in 2010. After receiving positive feedback about his BBQ, the dream of owning a full time restaurant was realized. After making the commitment, the right opportunity presented itself and Drake's Barbecue was born!
